The Fitzwilliam Museum at the University of Cambridge now has a life-size portrait of Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton on display.

The royal couple had their official portrait painted together for the first time at that time. Jamie Corethe a prominent British portrait painter, created the image.

The Cambridgeshire Royal Portrait Fund commissioned the painting last year as a present to the British people. Photograph of Prince William and Kate Middleton: alarming error identified by body language expert

Corethe reportedly stated that doing so was "the most wonderful privilege of my life". The portrait's first day of public viewing was when the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge reportedly met the artist while visiting the Fitzwilliam Museum.

As soon as the portrait appeared online, royalty supporters and experts began applauding the work of art.

It was described as a masterpiece and "everything was masterfully done" by a body language expert.

Jesus Enrique Rosas claimed that he only has one issue with the portrait.

The future king William, he claimed, ought to be looking toward the future whereas the royal couple appeared to be focused on the past.

I'm going to be honest with you: I don't like the composition, let alone the way they are looking, he declared.
